Founding Partners

WSA was created through a partnership of Arlington Echo Outdoor Education Center, part of Anne Arundel County Public Schools,  and the Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works to build capacity of Anne Arundel County neighborhood residents to reduce pollutants entering local waterways via stormwater.   Today, these two public institutions provide foundational support for our programs, while connecting Stewards to both the latest educational methods and watershed restoration information.
