RESTORATION PROJECT MANAGER (temporary, contractual)
WSA is seeking a contractual Restoration Project Manager (RPM) to provide technical guidance and project management support to the Community Restoration Manager and Restoration Coordinator.
Responsibilities include assisting with project schedules, partner and contractor coordination, budgets, and grant deliverables.
Position Status: Temporary, Contractual
Location: Crownsville, MD (hybrid)

Director of Restoration (PERMANENT, FULL-TIME)
WSA is searching for a skilled professional to become part of the team as our Director of Restoration.
This role will lead a team to spark environmental restoration throughout Anne Arundel County. We’re looking for an experienced leader with practical expertise and a passion for grassroots action.
Position Status: Full-Time
Location: Crownsville, MD (hybrid)
Compensation Range: $75,000 - $90,000 (with excellent healthcare, 401k, and PTO benefits)

Request for Proposals: Installation Support for Conservation Landscape
WSA is seeking experienced professionals who are interested in supporting the installation of one 430 square foot conservation landscape at West River Center located in West River, Maryland. We hope to hire a contractor whose approach prioritizes how community members interact with new in-ground stormwater management practices, and who would be excited to support projects that take community buy-in and long-term maintenance into account.
