Join Class 10 Steward Candidate Maryanne Mento at her capstone project! Volunteers needed to plant 10 trees/install tree sleeves, and 18 shrubs in forest. The forested site is at the end of Old Bay Ridge Road adjacent to a sewage pumping station, inside community-owned Gibb Park.

Enter the forest at the wood chipped trail just above the pumping station, and follow trail briefly to planting site.

1038 Old Bay Ridge Road can be entered in GPS. This is address of last house on left side of Old Bay Ridge Rd. The entrance to the woods is just past this house on left side of access road to pumping station.

Please bring refillable water container, gloves, and a favorite shovel if you have one. Dress for ticks (it's a sparse area so not too bad) and mosquitoes (we are within the 100' buffer).
