Becoming a Steward - Information Sessions
Are you interested in becoming a Watershed Steward? Each year, Watershed Stewards Academy (WSA) holds Information Sessions to introduce our Watershed Steward Certification Course. These sessions include a brief presentation about WSA, our various programs, and the responsibilities of a Watershed Steward, and gives participants and opportunity to ask questions.
Certified Watershed Stewards volunteer in Anne Arundel County communities where they live, work, learn, and gather.
For our 17th Certification Course, we will be hosting Information Sessions on Zoom in early 2025:
Session 1: Tuesday, January 14, 6-7pm
Session 2: Tuesday, January 21, 6-7pm
Session 3: Tuesday, January 28, 6-7pm
Session 4: Tuesday, February 11, 6-7pm
** You must attend an information session before applying to the Certification Course.
Please note: The Anne Arundel Watershed Stewards Academy is committed to training individuals who work or reside in Anne Arundel County. We typically do not admit individuals who reside outside of our county, especially if they live in an area with another WSA. You can learn more about the other WSAs in our region here.
