SAVE OUR TREES…TOGETHER!
The missions of Save our Trees and WSA are so closely aligned, we knew we would all be more effective if we joined forces. On April 24, 2023, Save Our Trees officially became part of Watershed Stewards Academy.
Save Our Trees was founded by 5 amazing women, 2 of whom are Watershed Stewards, who came together to stop ivy and invasive vines from killing our canopy trees. Through action at ivy clearing events, education to homeowner communities, and help from over 100 volunteers, Save Our Trees has already cleared ivy from more than 5,032 trees since Spring 2023!
