Presented by Anne Arundel County Recreation and Parks

Gather around a campfire at one of your favorite parks for an 8-week series of engaging and informative chats. Each week Park Rangers and local experts will lead family-friendly discussions on a different theme, exploring topics about wildlife, conservation, history, survival skills, folklore and more. Bring a portable camp chair and share s’mores and stories by the fire - or sit back, relax and enjoy the evening.

Topic: Conservation in the Chesapeake Watershed

Join Dr. Sally Hornor (Magothy River Association) and Watershed Steward Meghan Petenbrink as we discuss the biggest challenges facing the Bay's health and highlight everyday changes we can implement to conserve and protect this invaluable resource.
