WSA Capstone Project:

Entrance Gazebo of Quiet Waters Park

October 26, 2024, 9:00 am - 12:00 PM

Please join us for a planting event at the Entrance Gazebo of Quiet Waters Park from 9am-Noon on Saturday October 26th. We intend to install over 130 native plant beauties in the garden so we need all the help we can get!

Suggested dress: long sleeves and pants, closed toed shoes, a hat, sunscreen, bug spray. Gloves will be provided by The Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay. Bring a reusable water bottle. Please bring your favorite planting tools too (towel, shovel, rake, etc).

This project is a capstone project for Class 16 of the Anne Arundel County Watershed Stewards Academy (WSA).

Volunteer parking is available in the shopping center across from the park entrance and entrance gazebo.
