Presentation Summary: Ned Tillman is an Earth scientist and award-winning author. His work lies at the nexus of man and nature, exploring the rich natural history of this area as well as the destructive impacts of human activity. His nonfiction work shares many interesting aspects of the Mid-Atlantic. Learn about the native residents of the area, the impacts of English civilization, the Industrial Age, and more.

Speaker Bio: Award-winning author, Ned Tillman, will be our speaker for the April 24 meeting. Ned, a native Marylander, has published four books that all fall at the nexus of humans and nature and what the future might bring.
