  The purpose of exploring these links is to familiarize yourself with Environmental Literacy and GIS.  Website exploration is designed to take about an hour.  However, be aware that if you decide to try the GIS Mapping Application, you could easily spend much longer.  Have fun, go at your own pace, and please invest the amount of time that feels right for you!  Also, please note that GIS does not always play nicely with Mac products.  I’ve had much better luck on a PC, using either Microsoft Explorer or Google Chrome.
